OTTO's multi-retailer transition introduced multiple sellers, varying shipping costs and split-order pricing. I worked on a checkout experience that made those relationships easier to scan.

I designed onboarding, authentication and transaction journeys for ING's native banking app, including account recovery and verification flows shaped by security, compliance and usability requirements.

I led the redesign of a role-based employee application, restructuring information architecture, user flows and UI across multiple user roles. I also built a UX governance framework used across several product teams.
